Unless otherwise stated, prices usually do not include accommodation, meals, or optional activities.
4. Payment
Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.
Depending on the tour and booking method, payment may be made:

or by other agreed methods.
5. Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change.
More than 48 hours before the tour: full refund
24–48 hours before the tour: partial refund may be available
Less than 24 hours before the tour: refunds may not be possible
However, we always try to be flexible whenever possible. If your plans change, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
6. Weather Conditions
Weather in Iceland can change quickly.
Tours generally operate in most weather conditions. However, if weather or road conditions make a tour unsafe, we may adjust the itinerary, reschedule the tour, or offer an alternative experience.

7. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask customers to:
arrive on time for pickup
wear appropriate clothing for Icelandic weather
follow safety instructions from the guide
If you have any medical conditions or special requirements, please inform us in advance so we can plan accordingly.
8. Third-Party Activities
Some tours may include activities operated by trusted partner companies (for example glacier hikes, snorkeling tours, or helicopter flights).
These services are provided under the terms and conditions of the respective activity providers.
9. Travel Insurance
We recommend that all travelers have appropriate travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.
10. Changes to Itinerary
Occasionally we may need to adjust the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, or other circumstances.
When this happens, we will always aim to provide the best possible alternative experience.
11. Liability
Outdoor travel in Iceland involves natural environments and changing conditions. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety, participation in tours is at your own responsibility.
Iceland Odyssey ehf is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during tours.
12. Complaints
If anything during the tour does not meet your expectations, please inform your guide during the tour so we can try to resolve the issue immediately.
